Bettaka Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

By accessing the Bettaka platform (bettaka.im) or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between Bettaka and the user.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Bettaka services — including Sports Betting, live betting, jackpot games, and any other section available on the platform. If you use the platform without reading these terms, Bettaka cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise.

Bettaka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user's account or access to its services at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice — though such action is not typically taken without cause.

To open an account with Bettaka, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete details during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, address, phone number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Payment Your bKash/Nagad/Rocket account number must be registered in the same name as your Bettaka account for verification purposes.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.

Bettaka currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

Deposits are typically credited within 1–3 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed in an average of 15–30 minutes, though delays may occur during verification or due to banking system issues.

All bets placed on Bettaka are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error has occurred. If odds change after confirmation, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

In live betting, odds can change rapidly during a match. If a bet is confirmed late due to network issues, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳20.
• Maximum bet limits per event vary by market and event type.
• If a match is cancelled, all stakes placed on that match will be refunded.
• Bettaka reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that contain a clear error.
• In a parlay bet covering multiple events, any voided selection will be calculated at odds of 1.00.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bettaka platform. Violations will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Creating or using an account while being under the legal age.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug for unfair advantage.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
